Melissa R. Sapan, M.D. is a board certified radiologist since 1994 and specializes in Neuroradiology with a certificate of added qualification granted by the American Board of Radiology.

Dr. Sapan received her BS (Neuroscience Cum Laude) and her BA (Psychology Cum Laude) in 1984 from the University of Rochester. She received her Master of Science in Physiology degree in 1985, and her MD in 1989, both from UHS/The Chicago Medical School. Dr. Sapan completed her internship in Internal Medicine in 1990, and her residency in 1994, both and at Cornell University Medical College and North Shore University Hospital. Her fellowship in Neuroradiology was completed at North Shore University Hospital in 1996.

Dr. is an extremely skillful neuroradiologist with extensive experience in an out-patient radiology setting. She has shared her clinical knowledge through her presentations at medical conventions, and her publications in case reports and medical journals.
