Betty Motroni, M.D. is a board certified radiologist since 1997 and has an additional board certification in Nuclear Medicine since 1998. She joined Zwanger-Pesiri Radiology in 2008.

Dr. Motroni graduated Magna Cum Laude from St John's University where she received her BS degree in Biology with a minor in Chemistry. She received her MD degree from the State University of New York at Stony Brook.

Dr. Motroni completed her residency in Diagnostic Radiology at Winthrop University Hospital. She then completed a fellowship in Nuclear Medicine at Columbia Presbyterian Medical Center.

Dr Motroni was an attending radiologist at Maimonides Medical Center from 1998 to 2001 and at Winthrop University Hospital from 2001 to 2008 where she enjoyed teaching residents and medical students.

Her interests focus on PET/CT imaging, Body CT and Nuclear Medicine.
