Directions

From the Long Island Expressway-Rte 495: Take the LIE to exit 56 - Route 111 (Hauppauge Road), and take it north. Continue on Rte. 111 for approximately 2.75 miles, passing over Rte. 454 and then over Rte. 347. Bear left onto Maple Avenue, which is about 3/4 of a mile after Rte. 347, and continue north. We are located just under a mile up the road on the left side.

From Main Street/Route 25/Middle Country Road: Maple Avenue is directly off of Main Street, located about 3/4 of a mile west of Rte 111, and about 5 miles east of the Sagtikos Pkwy/Sunken Meadow Pkwy. We are located about 1/6 of a mile south of Main Street on the right side.
